“My apartment complex uses these thieves. They were caught on camera stealing and the company wont even talk to me about it. Now I have to go through the whole court process. It's BS. It was enough to terminate the employee though. I have requested that they are NEVER in my apartment. PERIOD. I bought some pest control stuff myself. Other residents have told me that things turned up missing as well. Even though the management knows they stole they continue to use them. Doesn't say much for the complex does it?” -

“They are completely incapable of eliminating a roach infestation. All they do is spray baseboards. Not one person has ever used a flashlight to investigate where the roach infestation is coming from. Under the treatment of this pest control company there is a huge roach infestation at the apartment complex I live in. There are never any dead roaches, they must spray candy in our apartments.” -

“Azalea is a great local pest control small business. For some reason Terminix has listed a fake phone number for Azalea. When you call it, it refers you to Terminix and suggests Azalea is no longer in business. This is very poor, and potentially illegal, business activity on Terminix's part. I will never use Terminix again. Azalea's actual phone number is 903-372-6517.”
