“Just witnessed one of your vehicles going down Islands Expwy going 70, tailgating, and weaving through traffic. The vehicle was a Honda Fit with New River Exterminating signs on either side. It would appear that they are trying to exterminate themself!” -

FRAUD
“Made several attempts to contact this company and its owner because of issues we were having with bugs/insects. Raj Patel, the owner, said he would send someone out during two direct phone call conversations, however, both were false promises. Several other attempts were made to contact the company with many messages left but zero returned phone calls. Even an email was sent since they would not get in touch. Since we made many attempts and of-course the company was unprofessional and did not get in touch, however, they reported to the credit agencies that I did not pay my bill! They hired and attorney for collection and I responded to them along with Raj Patel/Servitex, however, nothing has been done about this and this company has terrible service, and is a fraud! I want the negative reporting removed from my credit because they could not follow through with their services or have the decency to at least return a phone call since 2013. I have learned my lesson to use reputable companies instead of fraudulent people such as Raj Patel. ” -

“I have had service with this company since it was new. Always been on time and I have even watched them from inside on many occasions. I have no complaints and they do a great job. Called them a few times for a courtesy call in between regular services and they were out in a few days for no additional charge.”
